Recommencement of the School

Dear Parents & Students,

We hope you and your families are keeping well at this time. After several months of online teaching and learning as well as winter break, we are reopening the school for all classes in phase manner. Grade 1st onwards had reopened from 14th of February,2022,and soon LKG & UKG from 16th of February, 2022.

This is a crucial time of the academic year since we will now prepare for the final examination. The importance of offline learning and the physical presence of a teacher is vital to a child’s growth at this stage. While the risk to children becoming severely unwell due to coronavirus is considered to be low, we will continue to maintain our social distancing and infection control measures in place, to help keep all members of our school community safe.

We aim to make the return to school as positive and smooth as possible; and we are very excited to welcome our students back to the school. The health and safety of students and teachers will remain our primary focus in these extraordinary times and we know that our students and teachers will work hard to reengage with coursework and fill in any gaps in the learning that occurred during the online learning. Yet, we understand the concern of many stakeholders and have kept the option of online classes up to grade VII and online examination up to grade III.

Reopening the school safely will require the cooperation of all members of our whole school community; students, staff, parents/guardians, community groups. We want to assure all parents/guardians and students that plans and preparations are well in place for the reopening. We are really looking forward to welcoming our students and staff back to school and will be doing all that we can to ensure that the return to school is a safe and enjoyable experience.
